Hypnosis works. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to help you access long forgotten programs and beliefs you hold. -Uncover the patterns that keep you stuck in an
unhealthy cycle. What Is Hypnosis? Have you ever daydreamed, visualized, or meditated? Then you have been in an altered state of conciousness: "self-hypnosis". Every day we experience being totally absorbed by TV, music, pictures, people, memories, and feelings. We are lost in our thoughts for a few moments or hours, yet remain aware of our surroundings and our ability to come back to the present. These are breaks from everyday stresses - short mental breaks. Sometimes we come back refreshed, if the experience was pleasant. However, most of these experiences recall traumatic events by some reminder, such as music, a person, or a place. We experience again and again the painful memory. Hypnosis Can Help! All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Hypnosis is "by Permission Only" - Yours! No one can be hypnotized if they don't want to be or if they don't want the suggestions. People under hypnosis cannot be made to do anything against their belief system. They will come out of hypnosis or say no to the suggestion. Anytime a person says no under hypnosis, the suggestion is not accepted. The subconscious mind directs our conduct through the habits and emotional desires acquired from early childhood. These often result in behavior patterns that are unhealthy, affecting our happiness, physical health, and our potential. As an adult, we may consciously attempt to alter this conduct. However, the unconscious mind and the subconscious mind are accessed in different manners. Thus, many conscious approaches to altering old patterns aren't successful. Hypnosis is a safe and effective way of speaking to the subconscious mind, the seat of all of our habits and emotions. As you enter the hypnotic state, your senses become more acute, your concentration becomes focused on the positive changes you desire, and your subconscious mind becomes more open to suggestions it accepts, so you are able to make positive changes in behavior more rapidly. I became interested in hypnosis in the late 60's -70's, through sports, and to help with anxiety. I used it in personally in the 80's, and became certified in 1991, by the Grand Master, Charles Tebbetts, as well as by the National Guild of Hypnotists.
My skill in hypnosis has helped has grown over the
years, giving me greater depth and understanding of the symbols
governing our lives. Once discovered, one can choose a
symbol more in line with one's true core identity, opening them to again believe
in themselves. This power turned, allows people to
activate their potential and dreams.
